The production process of air conditioning aluminum foil.

1. Raw material preparation|

The raw materials for making air-conditioning aluminum foil are mainly aluminum alloy sheets, generally using 3003, 5052, 6061 and other aluminum alloy materials. These materials have good corrosion resistance, strength and processability, and can meet the production requirements of air-conditioning aluminum foil.

2. Material cutting

First, the aluminum alloy plate needs to be cut according to the requirements. En general, a CNC cutting machine is used for cutting. The cut aluminum alloy plates need to be surface treated to ensure a smooth surface, no scratches, no oxide layers and other defects.

3. Aluminum foil forming

Surface-treated aluminum alloy plates need to be formed, usually using a stamping machine. The formed aluminum foil needs to be bent, welded and other processes to ensure the strength and sealing of the aluminum foil.

4. Tractament superficial

The formed aluminum foil needs to be surface treated, usually using oxidation, spraying and other processes for surface treatment. Oxidation treatment can enhance the corrosion resistance and hardness of aluminum foil, and spraying treatment can increase the aesthetics and corrosion resistance of aluminum foil.

5. Quality inspection

The finished air-conditioning aluminum foil needs to be quality tested, mainly testing the size, surface quality, sealing and other indicators of the aluminum foil. Only aluminum foil that passes quality inspection can be put into use.

6. Packaging and transportation

Air-conditioning aluminum foil that has passed quality inspection needs to be packaged and transported, usually in wooden boxes, cartons and other packaging methods. During transportation, attention must be paid to measures such as moisture-proof, shock-proof, and drop-proof to ensure that the aluminum foil remains intact.
